ArcGIS Server许可证过期问题（‘svrworkgroup‘ license expired on ‘Tue Dec 31 00:00:00 CST 2024‘.）

项目场景：

今天重启ArcGIS Server之后，服务列表清空，提示“此文件夹未包含任何服务”。

问题描述

打开最新日志（路径见下图）之后，显示<Msg time="2025-02-17T16:04:53,460" type="SEVERE" code="7269" source="Admin" process="1368" thread="1" methodName="" machine="" user="" elapsed="">'svrworkgroup' license expired on 'Tue Dec 31 00:00:00 CST 2024'. Please contact Esri Customer Support to obtain a new license.  To reauthorize your server, launch the Software Authorization tool and then restart ArcGIS Server.</Msg>

提示“ArcGIS Server 的工作组许可证（svrworkgroup）已于2024年12月31日到期。由于许可证过期，ArcGIS Server 无法正常运行，需要重新授权”
