S2c  It provides the user plane with relatedcontrol and mobility support between UE andthe Gateway. This reference point is implemented overtrusted and/or untrusted non-3GPP Access and/or 3GPPaccess.

终端与3GPPSGW和PDG之间接口，S2c终端采用DSMIPv6协议，提供UE和PDN GW之间的DSMIP隧道连接，这样UE和EPC网络交互的数据可以实现透传，这是一种基于终端的切换，目前网络中基本不使用
