报错‘COCO‘ object has no attribute ‘get_cat_ids‘

mmdetection安装完成后，运行

python tools/test.py configs/faster_rcnn/faster_rcnn_r50_fpn_1x_coco.py

报错。

报错原因：mmdetection使用了pycocotools，原本的借口为pycocotools.coco.getCatIds,mmdetection又外包编译为get_cat_ids，导致pycocotools.coco调用成员函数失败。

解决方法，重新安装COCOAPI：

pip install "git+https://github.com/open-mmlab/cocoapi.git#subdirectory=pycocotools"
