pycharm下载安装模块的时候出现ERROR: Exception:Traceback (most recent call last):

最近学习python的时候利用pycharm这个开发工具安装模块的时候报了一个错误，就是安装了好几次都是下载失败，最后用一个指令解决了，记录一下。。。

出现的错误就是下面这个

先执行这个指令

----设置一下国内源

pip config set global.index-url https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple

然后就可以了。。。
