Do the following:
- tcode se10
- create workbench request
- give desc. and target system.
- double click on request and click display<->change (ctrl+f1)
Give the following:
- program id ->R3TR
- Object type -> TABU
- Object name -> Your table name
- press enter
- click on key.
- Add values * to transport all content of table
- Transport the request.
