作者发现自己的大脚趾甲变灰，疑似患上灰指甲（并非Paronychia），对此感到困扰并寻求解决办法。同时，这也是作者来到金华的第一天，面对新环境，有许多事情需要处理，包括衣物整理及适应等。
I found my nail of BIG TOE turns gray from the bottom, it looks terrible. If it is so called PARONYCHIA, I need a SRUGERY to cure it according the knowlege I got NET. It is very very TROUBLESOME. I just don't know how to deal with it. Shit! Oh, Double shit!
Besides,This is the first day I came to JinHua, so many things need to be done: arrange my clothes, ORIENTATION and so on. After all, This is a new eviroment. I like this feeling-everything starts from new.
The key point is to plan my next two years well. As the proverb says: WELL BEGUN IS HALF DONE.
