  • Earlier this month, over 1,000 TELUS Digital Central America team members volunteered as part of our TELUS Days of Giving in support of FundaNinos in San José Pinula, Guatemala. Over the course of two days, team members: 🏗️Built two classrooms and bathroom facilities, enabling the opening of a local high school 🏫 Renovated a primary and pre-school, as well as residential homes in the community 🌱Painted murals, played games with local school children and planted a new garden Thank you to all of our volunteers who gave their hands and hearts in support of the community.     Will your next customer interaction happen in an app, or with an AI assistant? 🤔 32% of consumers replaced an app with an AI assistant in the past year, according to new data from TELUS Digital. Additionally, 36% expect to rely on AI assistants more than on apps in the coming year. The preference is clear: Consumers want the speed, convenience and better UX of an AI assistant. Moves like OpenAI’s Apps SDK will accelerate the shift. As apps integrate directly with AI assistants, users will discover new information, products and services without ever leaving their conversational workflow. How should brands respond?
