Cher réseau,  Après de belles années chez LHH, où j'ai fait mes premiers pas dans ce métier qui me passionne, j'ai décidé de commencer une nouvelle aventure chez Chaberton Professionals au sein de la practice Interim Management.  Ce projet entrepreneurial m'a séduite par son haut niveau d'exigence en termes de qualité, de sens du service, d'accompagnement : rejoindre ce collectif engagé est aujourd'hui pour moi une évidence. Je suis très heureuse d'entamer cette nouvelle période de ma vie professionnelle, en accord avec ces valeurs qui me portent depuis si longtemps.  Je suis extrêmement reconnaissante à Stéphanie Sabau Gaye, Sacha Tchakarian, et Alexis BENAITEAU qui m'ont accompagnée chez Badenoch + Clark et permis de grandir dans ce métier. Je remercie Laurent da SILVA et Grégoire Conquet pour leur confiance renouvelée, et me réjouis de commencer ce nouveau chapitre. Je pressens qu'il sera palpitant, et suis très heureuse de le partager avec vous.

Management de Transition – Directeur de l’Intégration Finance (H/F) Nous accompagnons un groupe international dans la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) de l’Intégration Finance en management de transition jusqu'à la fin de l'année. Dans un contexte post-acquisition, vous prendrez en charge le pilotage du déploiement du core model finance sur Sage X3, en intégrant plusieurs filiales. Vous serez le garant de la convergence des processus comptables, contrôle de gestion et consolidation, dans un environnement multi-GAAP (FR / UK). Vous managez une équipe pluridisciplinaire d’une quinzaine de collaborateurs, composée de chefs de projet, comptables et contrôleurs de gestion, et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes SI. Votre mission : garantir la réussite des échéances clés du projet, sécuriser l’intégration des filiales et accompagner les équipes dans la transformation. Profil recherché : Expertise confirmée en finance d’entreprise, intégration post-M&A et pilotage de projets complexes Capacité à être opérationnel(le) immédiatement, avec un excellent sens du leadership et du relationnel Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel indispensable. Jana Vieweger, BA joins Chaberton Professionals as a Recruiter in our IT team, based in Vienna.   She brings three years of recruiting experience in one of the world’s leading automotive corporations, where she managed the full HR lifecycle across all business divisions in Vienna.   With a Master’s degree in HR Management and Labor Law from the University of Burgenland, she has complemented her academic background with an international professional career in the tourism sector, working on board cruise ships. These experiences allowed her to develop a structured yet flexible attitude to manage complex challenges and supporting clients in their daily operations. Her international mindset was further enriched by an academic semester abroad in Chile, which not only improved her Spanish but also broadened her cultural, historical, and personal perspectives, deeply shaping both her professional outlook and personality.   A passionate sportswoman, Jana brings the same determination and strong sense of commitment to her professional journey.   Welcome to Chaberton and best of luck on this exciting new journey with our Human Explorers!

Après une quinzaine d’années riches et intenses au sein du groupe Adecco – d’abord consacrées à la création et au développement de Badenoch + Clark, puis à sa transformation sous la bannière LHH – l’heure est venue pour moi d’ouvrir un nouveau chapitre professionnel. C’est avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme que je rejoins aujourd’hui les équipes de Chaberton Professionals à Paris, pour contribuer activement à une croissance solide et porteuse de sens. Je concentrerai mon action autour de deux expertises qui me tiennent particulièrement à cœur : 👉 le recrutement de cadres supérieurs et dirigeants de la fonction finance en entreprise, 👉 le management de transition, auquel je me consacre pleinement depuis 2021. Ces deux dimensions, que je considère comme complémentaires et stratégiques dans un marché en mutation, me permettent d’accompagner au plus près les transformations profondes que vivent les organisations — tant dans leurs besoins en compétences que dans l’évolution même des fonctions. Mais au-delà de l’offre, c’est avant tout le projet humain et collectif porté par Chaberton Professionals qui a été décisif dans mon choix. Souhaitant me recentrer sur le cœur opérationnel de mon métier, j’ai été profondément touché par les valeurs incarnées lors de nos échanges : une véritable dynamique intrapreneuriale, un sens fort du service, une culture du collectif sincère et une ambition partagée de bâtir, chaque jour, une signature de qualité – proche, engagée et passionnée.
