🌍🏆 Batch_02 of the Lisk African Incubation Hub Program has officially come to a close!   last week, the five graduating teams showcased their innovation to the world during Demo Day. After 6 months of hard work, mentshop sessions, & further collaborations, the founders presented sharp MVPs, thoughtful roadmaps, and real use cases that push Web3 forward. In addition to the pitches from the cohort, listeners heard briefly from CV VC's Jarryd Kennedy and Lisk's Chidubem Emelumadu & Gideon Greaves, as they shared their vision for the impact these founders and blockchain will have across Africa & other emerging markets. 💰🎤 Last week, our ecosystem partner DMCC Crypto Centre & Bybit, concluded the third edition of their flagship international Web3 hackathon, awarding a total prize pool of USD 140,000 to the region’s most promising decentralized projects! With 90 international teams participating across DeFi, Web3 Gaming, SocialFi, Infrastructure, Tokenization, and the newly introduced DeFAI and DeSci tracks, this edition showcased how quickly the next wave of Web3 is taking shape.
