Sealed surfaces for skin-contact parts through vapor smoothing with VX1 ⭐ Insights from our R&D💡: We are finalizing the process for #TPU with our VX1 #vapor #smoothing machine. Here you can see the benefits of sealed surfaces on a Formlabs Fuse1+ TPU95A part. The raw part absorbs water, while the smoothed surface repels it, forming droplets 💧. This ensures easy cleaning - a crucial requirement for many applications, especially in orthopedics 🦾. 🚀 Coming soon for TPU95 and TPU01. Stay tuned!
