Maqua Coat MAF and Mara Color MAC are made without the use of BPA and BPS and comply with the strict European toy standard DIN EN 71/3. This makes the water-based spray and brush paints safe for both end users and those involved in production. They are also easy to process: Despite their quick drying time, there is no clogging of the spray gun nozzles. At Marabu headquarters in Tamm, we are currently modernizing our production facilities with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and productivity. An important milestone was the ceremonial start-up of the new exhaust air purification system this week in the presence of Ludwigsburg District Administrator Dietmar Allgaier and our project partner Dürr CTS - Clean Technology Systems. What makes this special is that Dürr CTS is located just a few kilometers away from Marabu. The regionally implemented project is a particular success for both companies and was completed on time in close cooperation with the authorities. We would like to thank Mr. Allgaier, the press representatives from the Bietigheimer Zeitung and Ludwigsburger Kreiszeitung, project managers Beate Michl and Katharina Maier, as well as Sebastian Baumann, Alexander Barth, Alexander Kümmel, and Ralf Brenner from Dürr CTS, and York Boeder, Maximilian Visotschnig, and Jürgen Schwarz from Marabu.   #colorsmadeforlife     In der Marabu Zentrale in Tamm erneuern wir derzeit unsere Produktion mit den Schwerpunkten Nachhaltigkeit, Effizienz und Produktivität. In dieser Woche war Marabu Gastgeber der diesjährigen Betriebsleitertagung des Verband der deutschen Lack-und Druckfarbenindustrie e.V. Baden-Württemberg. In dem bewährten partnerschaftlichen Austausch beschäftigten sich eine Vielzahl an Betriebsleitern mit den geplanten Entbürokratisierungsmaßnahmen der EU für die chemische Industrie, Arbeitssicherheitsthemen sowie den aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Herausforderungen. Im Anschluss führte Jürgen Schwarz die Teilnehmenden durch die Marabu Produktionen in Bietigheim-Bissingen und Tamm. Marabu digital printing inks are certified with Greenguard Gold. To achieve the certification our digital printing inks were tested intensively on a wide range of chemicals. As a result, they comply with the strict requirements for chemical emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) into interior air.
