Seit über 50 Jahren und nunmehr in der 3. Generation machen wir das, was wir am besten können – Bolzenschweißen! Eine
Verbindungstechnik, die kostengünstig, blitzschnell, absolut dicht, lochlos und dekorativ ist und zum Befestigen von Bauteilen
dient.

Mit viel Erfahrung und Know-how produzieren wir alles selbst, von einfachen, tragbaren Handschweißgeräten über vollautoma-
tisierte High-Tech CNC-gesteuerten Bolzenschweißanlagen bis zu den dazugehörigen Befestigungselementen. Wir haben alle
Schritte im Produktionsprozess selbst in der Hand - von der Auswahl der Grundmaterialien bis zur Endkontrolle.

Unser Produktionsstandort in Wörthsee-Etterschlag garantiert Ihnen somit höchste Qualität, die für eine perfekte, sichere und
unlösbare Schweißverbindung notwendig ist. Wir werden auch in Zukunft unser Bestes geben, damit wir Sie – unseren ge-
schätzten Kunden - mit gleichbleibend hoher Qualität beliefern können.

QUALITY & TRADITION UNDER THE STAR

For over 50 years and now in the third generation, we have been doing what we do best – stud welding! This cost-effective and
lightning-fast joining technique is absolutely tight, hole-free and at the same time decorative and is used to fasten components.

With a lot of experience and know-how, we produce everything in-house, from simple, portable hand welding equipment to fully
automated high-tech CNC controlled stud welding machines and corresponding weld fasteners. All production processes lie in
our hands – from selecting the base material up to the final inspection and testing.

Therefore, our production location in Wörthsee-Etterschlag ensures you highest product quality and provides the foundation
for a perfect, high-strength and non-detachable welded connection. We will continue to do our best in the future so that we can
supply you – our much valued customer – with consistently high quality.

Anwendung von Tellerstiften

Tellerstifte dienen zur Befestigung von Isoliermatten auf metallische Grundkörper. Der Tellerstift wird in den Bolzenhalter der Bolzen-
schweißpistole eingesetzt und durch das Isoliermaterial auf den Grundkörper mit der Nagelspitze unlösbar verschweißt.
Bei Tellerstiften herkömmlicher Art aus unlegiertem Stahl ist der Nagel durch eine zentrische Bohrung im Teller vernietet.

Application of cupped head pins

Cupped head pins serve to fasten insulation mats to metallic parent material. The cupped head pin is inserted into the chuck of the
welding gun and welded with the nail tip through the insulation material onto the base plate. With conventional cupped head pins
made of unalloyed steel, the nail is riveted through a pre-drilled centre hole into the plate.
