Issue with Sharing a Specific Prompt in Google AI Studio

Hello everyone. Recently, I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to share a prompt in Google AI Studio. After clicking the “Share” button, it loads for a few seconds. On the mobile version, the screen crashes afterward, showing a blank error message on a white background. At that point, the site becomes completely unresponsive.

On PC, after the same loading process, it just displays an error message.

What’s strange is that just a few days ago, everything was working fine. Interestingly, I can still successfully share some prompts, while this issue occurs with a specific prompt or its copies. Later, I even couldn’t share other prompts as well. Then, some became shareable again — but the main issue is that I still can’t share this particular prompt.

By the way, all prompts I tried to share were definitely saved. I also created copies of this prompt and tried sharing them, but that didn’t help either. I’ve tried logging out and back in, reconnecting to the network multiple times, and even using different accounts and devices. None of this worked.

I hope someone knows how to solve this problem — or maybe someone from Google will notice this.

Could you please tell us the error message you are getting on your PC?

In my recent attempts, even on a PC, the window only displayed a blank message. I received a proper error message only once, and it said something like: “Sorry, sharing is unavailable at this time. Try again later.” In all subsequent cases, even on PC, only a blank window appeared—exactly like in the mobile version, as shown in the photo.
