Possible To SELECT ALL OPTION on Native Filter

Hello everyone,

This post would be more of a request to the development team than a question.

When using the native filter, it would be possible to have a CheckBox that would mark all available options.

See my example:

I have a list of codes, with the field type being ENUM. Most of the time I need to SEARCH for which codes I need, but to do that I have to “mark” item by item.

Is there anything that can be automated in this regard?

What is the reason you can’t click the button “Select all” after the search word is activated?

Hello,

Why isn’t there a button (or one that doesn’t appear) to select all options at once with a single click.
Apparently, this option isn’t native.
I’ve already tested it with the TEXT and ENUN fields.
Or am I mistaken?

When you use EnumList column type, you have the ability to select all of them.

Right.
I don’t think I explained the problem very well.

I don’t need to select multiple options for a new record, but rather to filter specifically by field in existing records.

No field type allows this (NUMBER, ENUM, ENUMLIST, etc.).

I think this issue could be addressed to Google developers.

I don’t have a solution for my problem yet.

Yes that’s true. There is no way to select all of them at this moment.

Thank you so much for your help and guidance so far.
I didn’t tag any Google developers for this message out of respect for the moderators.

Hello everyone.
Regarding this topic, could a community moderator forward it to the development team?
It might be possible to implement it.

Sorry I think you have missed something obvious: if nothig is selected then you are not filtering by any option, therefore you are showing everything under that filter; that’s why there’s no need for a select all button.

Unless you want to select everything except…

I apologize for my failure to accurately (visually) present my problem.

I tried to explain my issue, but I left the search field blank because I should have performed a search for something to be filtered.

In this sense, it is interesting to have an option to “mark” all search results.
