摘要:
随着城市化的发展,人们对城市园林绿地养护监管工作的要求也越来越高。近年来
GIS、互联网等技术得到了飞速的发展,越来越多的城市选择通过信息管理系统来完成
园林绿地的养护监管工作。本文以海淀区园林绿地养护智能监管系统的设计与开发为契
机,进行城市园林绿地养护监管工作信息化建设方向的初探。
通过前期对海淀区园林绿地养护监管工作现状的分析、业务流程的了解与分析、海
淀区园林绿地养护工作的相关要求的了解,本人完成了对海淀区园林绿地养护智能监管
系统的需求分析、相关开发技术的选择、概要设计、详细设计和具体的开发工作。
整体的工作遵循软件工程的思想。在需求分析阶段,对海淀区园林绿地养护监管工
作的业务现状进行了详细的分析,细化了海淀区园林绿地养护监管的整体业务流程,并
考虑当前海淀区园林绿地养护监管工作存在的问题,对其业务流程进行了一定的改进与
优化,最终确定了系统的建设目标、系统用户、系统边界、功能性需求以及平台、性能
等方面的非功能性需求。在设计阶段,对项目的整体架构、接口、数据库等方面进行了
设计,对海淀区园林绿地养护智能监管系统进行了模块的划分并给出了各个模块的流程
图、类图、状态图等说明。
系统实现阶段的难点在于如何将微信用户与系统用户进行匹配以及如何确保问题
反馈的真实性。此外,系统对于用户权限管理的设计方面也有着较高的要求。本文对此
方面进行了较为详细的说明。
在本文的最后,对海淀区园林绿地养护智能监管系统的分析和具体开发进行了总
结,对用现代化信息技术优化传统城市园林绿地养护监管工作进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT:
With the development of urbanization, people's requirements for the maintenance and
supervision of urban green space are also getting higher and higher. In recent years, GIS,
Internet and other technology has been rapid development, more and more cities selected by
the information management system to complete green space conservation supervision. In this
paper, as an opportunity of the design and implementation of the intelligent monitoring
system for the maintenance of Haidian District urban greenbelt, to carry out the exploration of
the urban green space conservation information construction supervision.
By understanding and analyzing the conservation supervision job’s situation, business
processes, related requirements, I completed the needs analysis, the selection of relevant
technology, preliminary design, detailed design and specific development work of the
intelligent monitoring system for the maintenance of Haidian District urban greenbelt.
The work follows the idea of software engineering. In the requirements analysis stage,
We analyzed the conservation supervision job’s situation, business processes. Combined with
current problems of the Haidian District’s green space conservation supervision, improving
and optimizing its business processes. Finalize the construction of the target, the system user,
system boundaries, functional requirements, non-functional requirements. In the design stage,
design the overall structure of the project, interfaces and databases. Divided the system into
several modules and show the flow chart, class diagrams, state diagrams of each module and
other instructions.
The difficulty of the system implementation stage is how to match the WeChat users with
the system users and how to ensure the authenticity of the problem. In addition, the system
has a high requirement for the design of user rights management. In this paper, this aspect is
given a more detailed explanation.
At the end of this paper, the author summarized the design, analysis and specific
development of the intelligent monitoring system for the maintenance of Haidian District
urban greenbelt. Also the author looked forward to using the modern information technology
to optimize the management and maintenance of the traditional conservation supervision.
