Some Important Comments regarding the test.............
1. Load "ASCII_TEST_CTRL.ACD" into ControlLogix L55.
2. Load "ASCII_TEST_CMPT.ACD" into CompactLogix L35E.
3. Tag "Send_data" in each of the programs, corresponds to data type STRING which is send
across serial port to the other controller.
4. Tag "read_data" in each of the programs, corresponds to data type STRING which is received
across serial port from the other controller.
5. Toggle "Send_cont" bit in each program to start writing into the serial output buffer of that
controller.
6. Toggle "read_cont" bit in each program to start receiving the Data over serial link from other
controller.
7. Use 1756-CP3A cable to link these two controllers over serial port.
Please change the IP address to the ethernet port of CompactLogix L35E as required by u
before down-loading the program.
