A. Con el propsito de actualizar el OPKT, considerando nueva informacin de Airbus respecto de limitaciones y procedimientos de accin inmediata, se debern considerar lossiguientesaspectosquecambianenelnuevotest. 1) Se elimina la restriccin adicional de un mximo de 10 kts. de viento de cola sobre 9200ft.,quedandocomonicarestriccinunmximode15kts.devientodecolatanto paraeldespeguecomoaterrizaje. Lo anterior se basa en la informacin contenida en los AFM (suplemento), manual que tiene preponderancia sobre los FCOM. Este ltimo manual en lo relacionado a esta informacinseractualizadoporAirbusalabrevedad. 2) Conforme a lo indicado en FCOM 3 (3.02.01) el procedimiento Smoke/Fumes/Avncs SmokeseretiradeaquellosconsideradoscomoMemoryItem. 3)SeincorporacomoMemoryItemelprocedimientoPilotIncapacitation,paralocualy conforme a lo estandarizado en LAN, el aviso a la tripulacin de cabina ser TRIPULACIN, ATTENTION CREW,ATTENTION CREW,JEFE(A) DE SERVICIO ABORDO AL COCKPIT en reemplazo de lo actualmente publicado en FCOM 3 (3.02.80) ATTENTION, PURSERTOCOCKPITPLEASE. EstecambioserincorporadoenlarevisinN12delAirlinePolicy. B. Adjunto a esta circular encontrarn dos formatos (en blanco y con respuestas) del nuevoOPKTparalaFlotaA320(Fam). Esta nueva revisin entra en vigencia a contar del 02 de junio y ser aplicable a todos loscursosyentrenamientosdevueloperidicos(Recurrent).

If a cockpit crew member becomes _______________, the remaining crew member must call a cabin attendant __ ____ _ ____________. The best way to request assistance from the cabin crew, is by means of the passenger address system : ____________, ____________ _______, __________ ________ ________ __ _____________ ___________ ____ _________. The purser or any other cabin attendant must proceed to the cockpit immediately.
