No trip wird aus folgenden Bedingungen gebildet:

No trip-condition is described as:

Die Elektrolyt-Temperatur ist unter 85C (-B12)

Die Elektrolytmenge im Behlter ist ausreichend.
Die Not-Handkurbel (-S1) ist nicht bettigt.
Der Sicherheitsendschalter (-S13) Kontakt: 51-52
ist geschlossen.
Der Motorschutzschalter (-Q13) ist eingeschaltet.
Die Blockierberwachung (-R5.1) hat nicht
ausgelst -optional

The electrolyte temp is below 185F(-B12)

The electrolyte level is sufficient.(-B13.2)
Emergency hand crank(-S1) is not actuated
The safety limit switch (-S13) contact: 51-52 is
closed
Motor protection switch (-Q13) is switched on
Blocking monitor is not tripped (-R5.1) -option

Wird mindestens eine dieser Bedingungen nicht

erfllt, so wird unverzglich eine Strung gemeldet
und fhrt zur Abschaltung des Anlassers.

If one condition at least of the mentioned above is not

applicable the trip alert signal is set and the liquid
starter stops immediately.

Das Kurzschlussschtz fllt ab.

Sofern sich der Anlasser nach dem Anlegen der

Betriebsspannungen nicht in Startbereitschaft
befindet (obere Elektroden in Rmax Position)
werden die Elektroden nach oben verfahren.

Der Hauptmotor darf ohne

Startbereitschaft nicht
gestartet werden !!

voltages to the control panel the electrodes will
be driven to the top.

4.2. Start command for the starter

Start command from customer -E80: L1-K12
(NO contact from main motor switch via auxiliary
relay -K11)
-E80/K12 LED lighted main motor on.
4.3. Start up sequence

4.3. Startvorgang
Mit dem Startbefehl bewegen sich die oberen
Elektroden von der Rmax Position nach unten.
-E80/K13:11/14 Kontakt ffnet
und die Startfreigabe geht weg
-E80/K13 LED Rmax geht aus
Nach der Anlasszeit (ta) wird die Rmin Position
erreicht. Bei Rmin zieht das Kurzschlusschtz
K17 an. Damit ist der Startvorgang beendet.

4.4. Anlasser In Betrieb (Rmin)

Receiving the start-up command the top

electrodes moves from Rmax downward.
-E80/K13:11/14 NO-contact opens
and ready to start signal is removed
-E80/K13 LED Rmax darkens
After starting time (ta) the Rmin position is
reached. At Rmin the short circuit contactor K17
is closed. Herewith the start up is finished.

4.4. Starter Busy mode (Rmin)

Der Anlasser verbleibt in Betrieb nach Ende des

Anlassvorgangs.

After start up sequence the starter stay in

running mode.

- Die Elektroden sind in der Rmin Position und

der Rotorkreis vom Motor kurzgeschlossen.
- Das Kurzschlussschtz ist angezogen.

rotor-circuit from the main-motor is shorted.

4.5. Anlasser wieder Startbereit (Rmax)

4.5. Starter back to Ready to start (Rmax)

Sobald der Hauptmotor abgeschaltet wird entfllt

das Hauptmotor ein Signal (-E80:K12 LED aus)
am Steuergert (-E80)

As the main motor is shut down the signal

main motor on on the starter control system
(-E80:K12 LED off) go out.

- Das Kurzschlussschtz ffnet

- Die Elektroden fahren nach oben zu Rmax.

- Short circuit contactor opens

- Top electrodes move upward to Rmax

Nach Erreichen der Startbereitschaft Rmax.

(-E80:K13 LED an) wird das Startbereit Signal
(-E80:11-14) ausgegeben.

Reaching the ready to start position Rmax.

(-E80:K13 LED on) the ready to start-signal
(-E80:11-14) is indicated.

Anlasser ist wieder in Startbereitschaft.

Starter is Ready to start again.

Anschluss fr die Umwlzpumpe.

Dieser ist EIN so lange wie das Hauptmotor an
Signal (-E80/K12) anliegt.
Nach dem Ausschalten des Hauptmotors luft die
Umwlzpumpe so lange nach bis die ElektrolytTemperatur T < 65C ist.
