Today I am going to talk about healthy food. Eat five meals a day, including lots of fruits and
vegetables, is important to include different kinds of fruits and vegetables in each meal. Red
fruit and vegetables like tomatoes and watermelon, protect you some types of cancer. Some
others like strawberries and red grapes, help keep you heart healthy. A lot of orange and
yellow fruits and vegetables, like carrots are rich in vitamin A and help your healthy eyes.
Citrus fruit like orange or tangerine have vitamin C and are antioxidants. Green vegetables like
spinach or broccoli, help keep heart healthy, are rich in calcio and protect your skin. Blue fruits
like blueberries also help you have a good memory.
That's why I usually have some vegetables with my meat, I always make salad with some
lettuce, tomatoes and broccoli. I love fruit. I eat all kinds of fruit, but I don´t mangoes, because
is very sweet.
