Account banned

I had a developer account associated with my email. Today, when I tried to log in, I received a message saying the account is banned—without any prior email, warning, or explanation.

The only possible reason I can think of is related to the known OTP delivery issue when accessing the API. There’s an existing thread on NVIDIA Support discussing this. In an attempt to troubleshoot the problem, I used a few purchasable eSIM based online numbers to test different carriers’ OTP delivery response.

I’m not sure if this triggered the ban.

Your Help would be much appreciated.
Let me know where i can send my banned developer email like a direct message or something.
