My account has been disabled

When I try to log in to https://learn.nvidia.com, the site either doesn’t load, or when it does, I get a message saying, “Your account has been disabled. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us at [email protected].” When I try to email this address, I get a response saying, “Your message was rejected by the recipient email server.” I can log in on https://www.nvidia.com without any issues; the problem only occurs on learn.nvidia.com .

Can you please help me resolve this issue and reactivate my account?

Hello I have the same exact issue when I was doing my “Disaster Risk Monitoring Using Satellite Imagery” NVIDIA DLI Course but suddenly when I came back to the page I couldn’t continue and when I reload the page I get a “Your account has been disabled. If you believe this was done in error, please contact us at [email protected].” message. My problem also only occurs on learn.nvidia.com

I’ve reinstated your account; our system incorrectly flagged it for abuse. You should be able to access your courses again.

Hi, I have same issue. I tried to do “Disaster Risk Monitoring Using Satellite Imagery” course, but my lab environment was very flaky. Couldn’t run any of provided code snippets. Tried to restart env, but now I can’t login anymore.
