Random “FaceTime App Required” popup on 18.6?

A couple of times lately, I’ve had a random “FaceTime App Required” popup on my iPhone for no apparent reason, even though I’ve actually deleted the FaceTime app. Anyone know why this might be happening?

Maybe because someone is FaceTiming you, and the OS recognizes the call. Just a guess though.
