On November 25th, Balenciaga celebrated Sainte Catherine, a historic Parisian Couture tradition embraced by Cristóbal Balenciaga himself. This year, twenty-two young talents from six different office and retail teams proudly represented the House and took part in this annual event. The celebration began with an internal ceremony, where participants were recognized and welcomed on stage by the Balenciaga leadership team including the Chief Executive Officer, Creative Director, and Chief People Officer, before an audience of all headquarters employees. They received flowers, outfits, and Studio-designed caps inspired by the iconic green-and-yellow Sainte Catherine hats. The atmosphere was filled with energy before they headed to the annual fashion show at the Hôtel de Ville de Paris. By honoring this tradition, Balenciaga continues to foster a culture rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and community, celebrating both its Couture heritage and its people who bring it to life every day.
