Key sessions covered AI's impact on workforce and HR, redesigning Learning & Development, and the evolving CHRO role in the digital age, with contributions from senior leaders at Bain & Company, Mercer and PAI, including Séverine de Wulf, Matthew Craddy and Marc Boullier in the PAI Performance Group and Laurent Marvy, Head of HR.
