Les collaboratrices d'Obama ont inventé une stratégie pour que les hommes arrêtent de leur voler leurs idées. Ça s’appelle 𝐥’𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Le principe est simple : Quand une femme exprimait une idée brillante, une autre femme la répétait, en citant explicitement son nom. Voici un exemple : "Ah oui Marc, intéressant que tu reprennes 𝐥'𝐢𝐝𝐞́𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 de la semaine dernière. D'ailleurs, elle avait précisé qu'on pouvait l'implémenter en trois jours." Elles forçaient alors l'équipe – surtout masculine – à reconnaître la maternité intellectuelle des idées. Ainsi, elle montraient leur place à la table des discussions. En plusieurs mois, elles ont rapporté que, grâce à l'amplification, elles ont obtenu plus d'invitations aux réunions clés. D'autre part, leur temps de parole a augmenté. Et, surtout, leur crédit sur les projets a été mieux reconnu en interne. 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐟 : 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐫. La société nous éduque à davantage nous détester qu'à nous soutenir. Pourtant, se taper dans la main, se donner les meilleurs projets, c'est ce que font les hommes entre eux depuis la nuit de temps. Alors, lorsqu'on amplifie la voix d'une autre femmes, on se donne à nous même la possibilité de s'élever. Si je valorise une femme aujourd'hui, elle fera pareil pour moi demain. 𝐄𝐭, 𝐜'𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐮𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐝'𝐞̂𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞̀𝐫𝐞 𝐚̀ 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Parce qu'on ne sait pas si ça va payer. Si "elle va nous le rendre" Mais oser essayer, c'est déjà organiser la résistance et renverser la table.
