    Au-delà des techniques de négociation, jouer de ses propres émotions, amener son interlocuteur à les partager en partie ou en totalité, l’observer, sentir sa réception et corriger la trajectoire pour le conduire à la conclusion souhaitée, cela semble sans nul doute un facteur clé de réussite quand on sait en maitriser le jeu.
    L’objet de ce mémoire est de comprendre l’impact des émotions à travers la négociation et quelles utilisations stratégiques particulièrement un négociateur doué…

    Au-delà des techniques de négociation, jouer de ses propres émotions, amener son interlocuteur à les partager en partie ou en totalité, l’observer, sentir sa réception et corriger la trajectoire pour le conduire à la conclusion souhaitée, cela semble sans nul doute un facteur clé de réussite quand on sait en maitriser le jeu.
    L’objet de ce mémoire est de comprendre l’impact des émotions à travers la négociation et quelles utilisations stratégiques particulièrement un négociateur doué d’intelligence émotionnelle peut en faire pour maximiser le résultat de la négociation dans un contexte coopératif ou compétitif.


    Beyond negotiation’s techniques, playing his own emotions, inducing his interlocutor to share them in whole or in part, observing him, feel his reception and correct the trajectory to the desired conclusion, this, seems to be a key success factor when you know how to master the game.
    The purpose of this dissertation is to understand the impact of emotions through negotiation and what strategic uses a negotiator with emotional intelligence can do to maximize the outcome of negotiation in an integrative or distributive context.

Nevertheless, due to its costliness and for many other reasons, companies have ended up misleading customers and doing Greenwashing. (e.g. Companies that lie/claim to customer about the “green” features of their product)

This led companies to adapt their marketing strategy to different sustainable driven strategy which could impact a market opportunity. Nevertheless, due to its costliness and for many other reasons, companies have ended up misleading customers and doing Greenwashing. (e.g. Companies that lie/claim to customer about the “green” features of their product)
    This study examines the reaction of the Generation Y toward companies using Greenwashing. A quantitative method was used in order to understand and analyse the Gen Y’s perception of Greenwashing. Moreover, a frame of reference combined with a questionnaire allow collecting and analyse data about the studied population level of trust in advertising, their knowledge about Greenwashing, its impacts, and the resulting outcome in their purchasing behavior.
    The preliminary result of the research reveals that the Gen y is not anymore mislead by Greenwashing actions. Thus, firms damage their brand identity by using Greenwashing. Even if they spare some money by not being ecologically involved, the discovery of their Greenwashing action will result in a decreasing profit as customers and stakeholders will no longer trust and invest in the brand.
    To sum up, companies must adapt their marketing strategy to the Gen Y, and no longer mislead them by using Greenwashing.
    Finally, firms must understand how to create and maintain a profitable relationship with the Gen Y. As a matter of fact, the sustainable engagement is a sensitive issue for this generation and companies must know and understand how to turn their tangible sustainable involvement into a selling point.
