I am a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where I specialize in Marketing and Artificial Intelligence. I lead BCG GAMMA in France, BCG's Data science & AI / MLOps team dedicated to delivering operational AI-based solutions to solve business problems.
I also lead our Marketing practice globally, supporting CEOs and CMOs to transform how they engage with consumers, nurture relevant and purpose-driven brands, and build the right teams and capabilities, in particular in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Fashion & Luxury sectors.
My particular domains of experitse include data-driven marketing, eCommerce, AI and advanced analytics for topline growth.
