I like this idea that because of AI, we can now operate at a More Local level and still get the Data flowing back up to the HQ, and hence having a true 'Glocal' model of media. ⛺️ This is core to how we leverage Camphouse for our customers: desigining Workflows that fit the company's way of doing media, instead of imposing one. and having Tech help empower this model, but making the data flow upstream or downstream. 🌊🦦 CH brought a great point that Operating models, based on excel yesterday and based on AI today have the same huddle to overcome: 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. Understanding that putting "N/A" breaks the chain of Insight from planning to actualization. Designing media tactics for the Purpose of capturing Data. Understanding that unformatted data will make you miss on learning opportunities.
