Curious by nature, I have a multipurpose background based on complementary experiences throughout the software life cycle (development, architecture & design, project & team management, product marketing, pre-sales support, entrepreneurship).
After a first taste of agility in 2001/2002 through engineering practices from XP (Extreme Programming), I have been coaching individuals, teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum adoption these last 5 years.
