Prescribed solution

We want the default channel to be "beta" when user is using "insiders".

I was able to verify that "python.insidersChannel": "daily" caused the LS download channel to be "beta". I had to use a breakpoint in the debugger to do this. I would have expected to see some indication in the "Python" output channel that it the LS was being installed from the "beta" channel.

Never mind. It shows up on the "Python Language Server" output panel.
