Python 3.6 was released on December 23, 2016. This PR updates the Python version used in Tox/Travis-CI tests from 3.5 to 3.6.

Changes:

  • update Tox configuration to use Python 3.6 rather than Python 3.5
  • update Travis-Ci configuration to use Python 3.6 rather than Python 3.5
  • update classifiers in setup.py to include Python 3.6
