Add resource for risk assessment to DeFi dapps page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The DeFi dapps page has a disclaimer warning users of the risks of using DeFi protocols, but doesn't highlight resources for users who want to learning about those risks.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest adding a link to a risk assessment resource specifically for DeFi apps, such as DeFi Safety. Asking users to DYOR has limited effectiveness if they don't know where to start. Similar to how we direct users to L2Beat on the Layer 2 page page, I feel linking out to DeFi Safety would have similar benefits.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We could add the resource to the DeFi use-case page, but, again, like putting L2Beat on the L2 page, it helps to have users see this info before picking a DeFi dapp to use. A better alternative might be to put the resource on both pages for more exposure.

Additional context

I could help edit the page to add the link and a brief text explaining why users should consider using it for research. That's if I know what file to edit, though.

I read through the issue and also looked at the Layer2 page, in comparison the Defi apps page is pretty sparse but could these work for the risk assessment?
