A few changes are made:

1. Updated log adapter to show only the APIs that are directly called by user. Internal calls have been removed from labels.
2. Updated the query to make sure dry run won't reset the tracked methods list.
3. bigframes-api label value is set to be the last API called by the user if the API name available. And the last API called by the user is removed from recent-bigframes-api.
