Remove `Print` type class

For text your already can use putText[Ln]. So to make relude even more beginner-friendlier, I propose to remove Print type class and only have:

1. putStrLn as in Prelude
2. Current put[L]Text[Ln]
3. Introduce put[L]BS[Ln]
