Missing resource name on kubectl patch

Adding the resource name to patch

Description

Without the resource name, this is the error received:

$ kubectl patch --type='merge' -p '{"spec":{"strategy":{"rollingUpdate":{"maxSurge": "100%" }}}}'
error: You must provide one or more resources by argument or filename.
Example resource specifications include:
   '-f rsrc.yaml'
   '--filename=rsrc.json'
   '<resource> <name>'
   '<resource>'

Hi @kkimaya
The change you proposed looks good to me.

However, I noticed that the command in the prior step also has an issue.
kubectl scale --replicas 1 deployments/my-nginx --subresource='scale' --type='merge' -p '{"spec":{"replicas": 1}}'
It throws the following error

error: unknown flag: --subresource
See 'kubectl scale --help' for usage.

Since it is part of the same section, we should try to fix it in the same PR.
Can you please take a look at it?
