provide a programmatic count of docs left to migrate to show progress

User story

As we continue to make Docs migration progress it would be great to show a count of Docs content pages migrated to the new Docs Site in a form of a counter that shows how many pages are left to migrate.

20.3% total content pages migrated: (1024 of 5030).

Perhaps we can show this somewhere near the global header so when ever a user visits the docs-preview.newrelic.com they'll see how far along we are in terms of content migration.

Out of curiosity, what about a percentage, instead of a full count? I imagine the number of docs is going to change a lot between now and GA, so keeping an exact count may make it a touch hard to feel like we're making progress. That being said, if you see one day we are at 1% migrated, then that jumps to 10%, its a bit easier to understand how much more we have to go. Thoughts? Am I crazy?

@jerelmiller why not both? :D Can we do a count with percentage? as it flucuates at least the data for not migrated / migrated will be available, which I think will show interesting context as the we work through the project. what do you think?

This would be cool to have in place when we active our hallway testing for the preview docs sites. perhaps for MMF5 we can tackle this @roadlittledawn ?
