Receiving this error in the docker build of my application:

Bundler::Fetcher::CertificateFailureError Could not verify the SSL certificate for http://rails-assets.org/.

At

RUN bundle install --retry 10 --jobs 4

Using

phusion/passenger-full:0.9.35

Ruby 2.2.10
