𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝟯𝗗 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗔𝗜-𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱? 🤯 That’s the power of 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗲𝟯𝗗, Roblox's open-source 3D model generator launched just a few months ago. One thing I really admire is that 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘅 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻-𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲. You can run your own AI-powered 3D model generator at 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 if you have a high-end PC. Yes, seriously. Props to them! That said, Cube3D and Roblox's Assistant are not perfect. For example, when you ask Roblox Assistant to "make a car," it sees the car as one entire object. Think of it as a 𝟰𝗗 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁. It has no awareness of parts. No separated wheels, windows, or doors. Just one complete blob of a car. That’s why we are building 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗔𝗜. Our AI game builder is fine-tuned for real game development. It doesn't just generate a car. It will generate 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿, 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 that connect properly. It can break down a concept into game-ready components and even automate the process of generating each piece through Cube3D's engine. I was genuinely surprised at how 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗲𝟯𝗗 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲. They are low-poly enough for performance but still clean and usable. The textures are 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 too. Fully game-usable, especially for stylized or prototyping projects. The potential here is huge. AI is not just about speed. It is about 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. But will it replace 3D artists? 𝗡𝗼. 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿. If anything, it will 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Artists will be able to move faster, focus more on creativity, and build better worlds without getting stuck on repetitive tasks. In two years, more than half of all mobile gaming revenue could come from direct-to-consumer sales. Do you disagree? Playtika recently raised its long-term DTC revenue target from 30% to 40%, aiming to take advantage of recent court rulings that allow developers to direct players to alternative payment methods outside the App Store and Google Play. The company has been early in moving revenue off-platform, having launched web versions of its games years ago. In Q2 2025, Playtika generated $175.9 million in DTC revenue, up 1.3% from the year prior but down 1.8% from Q1. DTC accounted for 25.3% of total revenue, down from 27.7% in Q2 2024. Overall revenue grew 11% year-over-year to $696 million. Bingo Blitz was a standout, delivering record DTC sales and strong engagement. Playtika’s approach highlights how a diversified portfolio can offset declines in mature titles while taking advantage of changing platform policies to expand direct sales.
