Bank of Baroda organised the 4th International Compliance Conclave 2025 on 27th–28th November in Goa, with participation from Compliance Officers and MLROs across our Overseas Territories including Australia, Fiji, Mauritius, IFSCBU, Seychelles, Singapore, UK, USA, and Subsidiaries including Uganda, Kenya, Guyana, Tanzania and New Zealand. Ms. Beena Vaheed, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, addressed the gathering and shared her strategic vision for strengthening the overseas compliance function. Mr. Elango Balasubramaniam, Chief Group Compliance Officer; and Mr. Ravindra Singh Negi, Chief Risk Officer provided valuable insights on emerging regulatory priorities, risk management practices, and the way forward. The conclave included felicitation of the USA, IFSCBU, UAE, Kenya and Guyana centers for their noteworthy contribution in strengthening the compliance posture at their respective centers.
