With New Labour Codes, the rights of MSME workers have been significantly strengthened. Now every worker will be covered under the Social Security Code, 2020 and assured minimum wages, timely payment, a safer workplace, double wages for overtime and access to paid leave. #ShramevJayate

The Labour Codes do not abolish Labour Courts, they transform them into Industrial Tribunals to ensure faster and more efficient access to justice for workers. #ShramevJayate

नए लेबर कोड्स के तहत MSME क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को अब समय पर न्यूनतम वेतन की गारंटी, स्पष्ट रूप से निर्धारित कार्य अवधि, और ओवरटाइम की स्थिति में दोगुना वेतन सुनिश्चित किया गया है। इन सुधारों से MSME वर्कर्स को स्थिर आय, बेहतर कार्य परिस्थितियाँ, और अधिक सुरक्षित एवं सम्मानजनक रोजगार का मजबूत आधार प्राप्त हो रहा है। #ShramevJayate

The new Labour Codes do not invalidate or disrupt any ongoing court proceedings. All actions taken under previous labour laws remain fully valid and all pending cases will continue seamlessly before the corresponding authorities. All rights, remedies and protections of workers, employers and stakeholders remain fully preserved under the Industrial Relations Code. #ShramevJayate
