A key insight from the recent CFO Roundtable in Mumbai was the transformative impact of establishing a single source of truth for finance powered by robust data, advanced technology, and innovation. This approach enables CFOs to achieve real-time efficiencies and ensure compliance with confidence. We were privileged to hear from distinguished PwC alum and HDFC Bank’s CFO, Srinivasan Vaidyanathan, who shared his perspectives and learnings from engaging with industry peers. The positive response from senior leaders at the event reinforces the value of these forums as platforms for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Watch this space for updates on more of such networking sessions for the financial services community. #PwCCFORoundtable #YourNetworkForLife #PwCIndiaAlumniProud Arnab Basu | Russell Parera | Gayathri Parthasarathy | Sharad Agrawal | sharad vasant | Vivek Belgavi

Today, PwC India celebrates the strength, talent, and determination of people with disabilities, re-emphasising our commitment to creating an inclusive future. Through the PwC India Foundation initiatives in FY25, nearly 100 individuals in Ahmedabad and Kolkata are now building sustainable livelihoods and living with confidence. In Ahmedabad, our collaborative efforts with an NGO enabled people with disabilities to acquire vocational skills, empowering them to live independently. With improved training facilities and essential machinery such as paper plate, file-making and wax-melting units, the initiative helped create a safe learning environment while scaling production capacity and paving the way for a sustainable livelihood model. In Kolkata, women with intellectual disabilities were empowered through Project Charkha in the Thakurpukur area. By training them in niche skills like embroidery, block printing, natural dyeing and tailoring, the project is not only helping them craft high-quality home décor products but also supports them in discovering their self-worth and in making independent decisions. We also upgraded a braille press for providing braille books to visually impaired students. This International Day of People with Disabilities reminds us of their journeys and motivates us to remain committed to fostering disability inclusive societies for advancing social progress. #PwCIF #EnablingPwD #InternationalDayofPeoplewithDisabilities | Jaivir Singh | Sanjoy Banerjee

The real opportunity lies in rethinking roles, empowering talent and reimagining work design for a future where people and machines collaborate to drive value. At PwC India, we believe that building a future-ready workforce demands more than technology adoption. It requires thoughtful change management, ethical governance, and a commitment to upskilling—so that the workforce evolves with the times. We are proud to champion this transformation for businesses across India.
