One of the core aims of Renaissance University has always been to give back to the Society. With this in mind, we have a dedicated department for skill development which provides free coaching and training to a section of people with the aid of government schemes. These coaching and training enables the youth of our country to secure a better and fulfilling livelihood by learning industry-relevant skills.

Under this project, the government pays for the training of the youth and minorities in general and Renaissance University provides them the platform and resources to do the same. These special projects also aid the students to give various competitive exams by providing them the fees for the exams along with the coaching classes to prepare for them, with the aim to achieve success. The primary intention of this department is to increase the employability for the youth, by providing them the needed platform. Stipend is also provided by the government on successful completion of the training and coaching by the students.

Currently, the skill development department at Renaissance University is running 3 schemes run by the Ministry of Minority affairs.
