There are grammatical forms that give the semantics of politeness, their types, semantic differences, language units and speech forests used depending on age and genetic characteristics, their morphological structure and syntactic connections, semantics. "Language translations with the participation of a polite word-Proverbs and phraseological units, as well as" politeness", without the presence of the word "politeness", proved on the example of the Kazakh language. The functional use of language units, which gives the meaning "not polite, rude", is a word, the meaning of reliability, transmitted through the meaning of "politeness", is proved by pagan data. Зерттеу объектісі ретінде тілдің тек құрылымдықграмматикалық ерекшеліктері ғана емес, мәдени-әлеуметтік аспектісі алынып, қазақ тілін лингвомәдениеттанымдық аспект арқылы оқыту мәселесі талданған. Тіл үйрету әдістемесі жалпы тіл білімінің дамуы прогресімен байланыста алынып, лингвистикадағы жаңа бағыттардың пайда болуы әдістемеге да әсер еткені, нәтижесінде тіл үйретудің жаңа тенденциялары пайда болғаны тұжырымдалған. Жаңа бағыттар мен ұлттық құндылықтардың интеграциясынан «ұлттық бренд» тақырыбы жүйеленді. Осы тақырыптың аясында мәтін алынып, мәтін арқылы тіл үйрету үдерісін жүзеге асырудың үлгісі берілген. If the linguistic environment changes and the language has the ability to adapt to changes in real life, changes that are observed in a particular speech practice must first be seen as a new but standard, communicative, and pragmatic phenomenon (pauses, deviations). After all, speech and language are interrelated phenomena. Both are two other units of the system. The present study comprehensively analyzes vowel harmony as an important phonetic rule in Turkic ... more The present study comprehensively analyzes vowel harmony as an important phonetic rule in Turkic languages. Recent changes in the vowel harmony potential of Turkic sounds caused by linguistic and extra-linguistic factors were described. Vowels in the Kazakh, Turkish, and Uzbek language were compared. The way this or that phoneme sounded in the Proto-Turkic language and the way it sounds now in each specific language was investigated. The common and distinguishing features of phonemes were specified based on concrete facts. The specificity of sounding of key vowel phonemes was analyzed with regard to the findings of prominent phoneticians. It was found that of the compared languages, only the Turkish and the Kazakh language preserved the classic eight ProtoTurkic vowels. Nowadays there are problems everywhere concerning economy of linguistic units, means of communication in linguistics. One of the fundamental processes having impact on language development is the principle of economy of language efforts.
