[JENKINS-75574] Build history widget No builds not removed #16717
Description
The "No builds" is not removed in the build history widget of a job when the job runs:
How to reproduce:
- Create a new freestyle job and save it (no config needed)
- Press "Build Now"
This leads to this:
Culprit is probably #10309
