La vostra presenza e il vostro contributo hanno reso la giornata un momento di confronto prezioso, ricco di spunti utili per la valutazione dei nostri impatti sociali e ambientali. Insieme riflettiamo sull’impegno e sui progressi di De Nora nel ridurre il proprio impatto ambientale e generare valore positivo per le persone, l’ambiente e la comunità.

After Italy, the UK, Germany and the UAE, the InCLUDe - Inclusive and Cohesive Leaders Unlock De Nora - journey reached Japan. In this latest edition managers and directors from our Japanese plants and offices came together to explore the transformative power of inclusive leadership.   Through shared experiences and meaningful dialogue, participants reflected on how emotional awareness, active listening, continuous feedback, and mutual care can shape a more cohesive and human-centered leadership culture.   The training concluded with a meaningful experience: lunch was provided by a local organization where people with disabilities work. Some of them joined our colleagues in the office to share their stories of resilience and courage. Their presence reminded us that inclusion is a daily choice made through authentic actions and connections. #wearedenora #denora #include #inclusiveleadership
