Gucci opens its doors once again to the ESCP Business School MSc in Luxury Management students, welcoming them on a journey through the Maison’s most iconic locations in the heart of Florence. From exploring our heritage at Gucci Archivio and Gucci Palazzo, to visiting the Via de’ Tornabuoni store, and tasting how creativity takes shape at Gucci Osteria, the day offered a deep dive into the key elements that define luxury retail. Excellence thrives through people management, at the center of the learning experience: as a game changer for career and growth, students explored how an agile and inclusive culture nurtures talent and empowers individuals to thrive through inspiring conversations with our managers. The future is at the core of our collaboration with ESCP Business School. Looking toward the next generation of leaders, we continue our commitment to shaping the future of the luxury industry, equipping them with the tools to embrace change, preserve excellence, and redefine it through innovation.

On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, Gucci reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture rooted in respect, equality, and conscious relationships. Among the initiatives carried out in this direction, we supported the research project “Educating to Affectivity” — the first national study on affectivity and sexuality education in Italian schools — led by Una Nessuna Centomila Foundation and the University of Milano-Bicocca through the ADV – Against Domestic Violence Research Center. By comparing European models with the Italian context, the study highlights the urgent need to equip students and educators with concrete tools to cultivate empathy, active listening, and awareness. As a tangible outcome, in January 2026 the advanced training program “Education to Affectivity and Sexuality: Models, Strategies and Practices” will launch, offering teachers, school leaders, and educators practical tools to translate research into everyday educational practice. Gucci will support the initiative with dedicated scholarships, helping drive lasting cultural change and prevent gender-based violence from the earliest stages of education.

The 8th edition of L’Eredità delle Donne, “IF – Female Intelligences,” celebrated the value, vision, and essential role of women in navigating a world transformed by artificial intelligence. Led by artistic director Serena Dandini and supported by Gucci, the festival reflected on the intersections between women and today’s most pressing issues, including the importance of work and economic independence. These themes were at the heart of a talk featuring Céline Bonnaire, Executive Director of the Kering Foundation. She highlighted how partnerships between the private sector and civil society can create opportunities for the autonomy and empowerment of survivors of gender-based violence. The session concluded with the presentation of the EvaLab, a Gucci-supported tailoring workshop for women who have experienced violence. Since its first edition, Gucci has proudly supported this initiative, reaffirming our commitment to gender equality and celebrating a festival that reinforces the role of Florence, our Maison’s hometown, as a central hub for dialogue and reflection. #EDD2025 #ereditàdelledonne #Gucci #KeringFoundation

“There are no predefined career paths. The more challenges and opportunities we embrace, the more we grow — building skills, perspective, and new ways to make an impact.” Valeria Zucchi started as an intern in production management for emerging brands of the Group such as Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga e Stella McCartney. After leading production and quality teams at Balenciaga, she returned to Gucci as Head of Procurement for Footwear, driving key projects and process improvements. Now, as Shoe Product Development Senior Manager at Gucci ArtLab, Valeria’s journey shows that embracing change opens doors to new opportunities. Valeria’s story reflects the values we champion: continuous learning, collaboration, and adaptability - skills that empower people to shape their careers and contribute to a culture of innovation. #GucciPeople #GucciCareers #JourneyOfSuccess #InternalMobility

Gucci is proud to continue its support of the Tate Collective Producers programme through Gucci Changemakers London as Fashion Features Director at Dazed, Emma Davidson was invited to lead their monthly session for October. These sessions play a key role in the Tate Collective Producers programme, which aims to empower young people aged 16–25 to co-create and deliver cultural events across the galleries. During the session, Emma shared her career journey, highlighting her work across Dazed channels and her efforts to make fashion more accessible, as well as exploring the intersections of fashion and culture. The Producers also had the opportunity to ask Emma questions and engage directly with her insights before being given a creative brief designed to inspire them to develop their own fashion and culture-led projects. Now in its fourteenth year presented by Gucci, this year’s Art+Film Gala honored artist Mary Corse and filmmaker Ryan Coogler and hosted a special performance by Doja Cat. Proceeds from the event go toward underwriting LACMA’s initiative to make film more central to the museum’s curatorial programming, while also funding LACMA’s broader mission. #GucciLACMA2025

“Career growth requires a mix of patience, initiative, and adaptability. Stay engaged in your current role by excelling in your work and seeking opportunities to contribute beyond your responsibilities. Growth isn’t just about promotions—it’s about continuously building skills, expanding your network, and positioning yourself for future opportunities.” The journey of Tracie Hepper is a great example of how growth happens over time — through curiosity, adaptability, and the support of a community that believes in your potential. At Gucci, we nurture this mindset every day, creating an environment where talent can flourish and learning never stops. #Guccipeople #GucciCareers #JourneyOfSuccess #InternalMobility
