Serenis secures €12M Series A to scale digital health services #Serenis, the Italian digital health platform founded in 2021 by Silvia Wang and Daniele Francescon, has raised €12 million in a Series A round led by Angelini Ventures and CDP Venture Capital SGR, with participation from Azimut Libera Impresa, X-Equity Venture Club, Invictus Capital, Lumen Ventures, FG2 Capital, Club degli Investitori, and Doorway. This brings total funding to €20 million. Active since 2022, Serenis combines mental and physical health services through a network of 2,500 professionals and a team of 65 employees. It serves 250 corporate clients, including Nestlé, Banca Sella, Satispay, Leroy Merlin, Lutech, and Q8. The platform has facilitated 1.5 million sessions to date and achieved strong growth, with revenues rising from €2 million in 2022 to €25 million in 2024, and projections surpassing €40 million in 2025. The new capital will expand services such as Serenis Nutrizione, strengthen proprietary technologies like Scribe AI for GDPR-compliant note-taking, and reinforce Serenis Business, its corporate wellness arm. With plans to hire 30 new specialists and extend in-person therapy to additional cities, Serenis aims to democratize access to care and consolidate its position as a leading digital health provider in Europe.
