Dress for Success Milan is a local affiliate of the international not-for-profit organization Dress for Success. Our mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help thrive in work and in life.
I co-founded Dress for Success Milan and served as president for 7 years. I remain as board member.

ItaliaAltruista's mission is to develop flexible volunteering in Italy and coordinate the activities of the Altruista Cities in Italy.
I founded ItaliaAltruista to spread the flexible volunteering model in Italy. So far, Rome, Bologna, Trieste, Irpinia and Sesto San Giovanni all have a flexible volunteering organization part of the ItaliaAltruista network. Together these organizations direct over 7000 volunteers per year to partner non-profits where they are most needed.

MilanoAltruista matches volunteers to not-for-profits based on preferences and needs. It also organizes #volunteering days for companies and organizations. MilanoAltruista is a HandsOn Network affiliate.
