App got suddenly banned two days ago for messaging a group member. I didn't violate any terms. Support just sends you a generic message to not email but instead request review through the app, even when I told them the request review feature is not working. To rub salt to injury, the feature in the app to request review is crashing every time I try it. This is happening to many people too. Need to wake up before people leave your platform in droves.

the sound of clicking and sending voice notes got activated automatically after an update and there is no way to turn it down. Me and thousands more are getting crazy on the Internet, there is no way to solve it!!!! I have had my phone on vibrate for many years, no joke, I haven't had the sound activated in years, and it still makes sounds. even if I put it in silence mode where everything is muted, it still makes these sounds!! conversation tones are off and the app still makes the sounds!!

I like the app, but something about searching for music when adding to my status is kind of bothering me. I was wondering if you can make it able for us to search for music with the artist and song name at the same time because when I search for a song it's hard to find it because a lot of songs have a similar name or when I'm searching for an artist but can't find the song because they have too many songs. please improve it.
