There's a glitch involving powerups. If the player gets a powerup from a character's ability or as a reward for an ad, sometimes it just...doesn't. Even though it plays the animation of them getting one, the game acts like there isn't one. I think it could be a pretty big problem because 18 out of the 20 characters have at least one ability that gives them powerups without directly picking them up. Could get pretty annoying

Subway Surfers City is a huge upgrade from the original game. The characters and models are really clean and smooth. I love the idea of adding different districts because it really adds to the aesthetic of the game (pls add more though). The new power ups, secret stars, and abilities are really cool and unique. Though I wish there were no tickets for Trials, or an efficient way to get more tickets cuz I really enjoy it. Overall, I really enjoy this game more than the original. :3

It's really fun, and honestly I would rather play this one over the old subway surfers. It feels better and new and generally is more fun to come back to and keep playing. However, there should be more districts, and character unlocking/leveling should be a tad bit easier. Last thing, when the game fully releases, new powerups should be added as well as new unique board/character abilities as the current ones feel bland. Overall, it was a great experience and a really fun game. Would recommend.
